A data source remunerated properly
When BreedClubs uses Aequitas data, the data cost is identified and handled by BreedClubs/OWAG, with no separate invoice for the club.
Aequitas Dog Challenge data licence
200 euros / year when the platform uses the Aequitas API for rankings, results, judges or shows. In the BreedClubs offer, this cost is handled by BreedClubs/OWAG: the club does not have a separate Aequitas invoice to pay in order to use the website.
The purpose is simple: remunerate the data source and the people maintaining Aequitas, without reselling it to the club, without commission and without hidden margin.

How long does setup take?
30 to 45 days from signing to launch, including branding, data migration and committee training.
Do we own our data?
Yes. All club data (members, breeders, litters, dogs) remains the club's property. Full export possible at any time.
What about GDPR?
GDPR-compliant by design. Hosting in France. Member consent on each form. Right to access and deletion handled in the member area.
Can we keep our domain?
Yes. The platform is deployed on your domain. Migration from existing CMS handled by us.
How is data updated from Aequitas?
Daily automatic sync. Rankings, results, judges and shows pulled directly from the Aequitas API.
What is the budget?
Two parts: a setup project (covering branding and migration) and a yearly subscription (covering hosting, support and updates). If Aequitas data is used, a 200 euros/year data package exists to remunerate the source. It is handled by BreedClubs/OWAG as part of the offer, with no commission and no hidden margin. Detailed quote after a 30-min discovery call.
What if our committee changes?
The platform does not depend on one person. Roles and permissions transferred via the admin area. We provide a 30-min handover with every committee change on request.
Can you handle other breeds later?
Yes. The platform supports multiple breeds within one club, and we operate across breeds via the BreedClubs portal.
