Privacy policy

We collect the bare minimum needed to reply to you, store it briefly, and never share it. Here is exactly what happens.

What data we collect

When you use one of our forms (contact, data correction and removal), we only collect:

  • your name,
  • your email address,
  • and the content of your message.

We do not collect IP addresses, browser fingerprints or behavioural data. BreedClubs does not run any third-party tracking, advertising or analytics scripts.

Why we collect it

These data points are used for one purpose only: replying to your request. We never reuse them for marketing, profiling or external communication. Legal basis under GDPR art. 6: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest for replying to your inbound enquiry (and your consent if you opt-in to a newsletter, never bundled).

How long we keep it

Messages and contact details are stored for up to 12 months after the last exchange, then permanently deleted. If your request leads to a contract or sustained business relationship, the legally required retention periods (accounting, contractual) apply on top.

Transfers and sharing

Your data stays inside the European Union. We do not sell, rent or share it with any third party. There is no transfer outside the EU and no automated profiling at any point.

Your GDPR rights

You may at any time exercise the following rights:

  • right of access to your data,
  • right to rectification,
  • right to erasure (« right to be forgotten »),
  • right to restriction of processing,
  • right to object to processing,
  • right to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] or use our data correction and removal form. We respond within one month (GDPR art. 12).

If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr).

Cookies

BreedClubs uses only technical cookies (language preference, session security). No tracking, no third-party advertising, no analytics. No consent banner is required for these.
